The Sober Knights foundation is in the early formation and Recognition by the State of California- intended as a dedicated 501c3 charitable foundation designed to create sober-living for those in direct need, occupational training and to create safe fun sober environments for anyone in recovery to hang-out and enjoy being sober.
Our Story
The Sober Knights Foundation began as a zoom meeting place for Alcoholics Anonymous that has grown to carry the mission from the online world to the streets of Los Angeles and South Florida to honor fallen members.
*THE PLATYPUS CLUB
is a long term goal of "The Sober Knights Foundation" to create a 'happening spot' for fun and entertainment, such as events, open mics and lounge area to promote healthy and sober living in Hollywood California Called "The Platypus Club" dedicated to a late member of the sober-knights lost to drugs and alcohol.
*South Florida Culinary School-
Dedicated to "Mike the Chief" a wonderful person with more that 40 years of sobriety, killed by a drunk driver, one afternoon while on his way to getting some groceries to cook for friends and family.
These stories together demonstrate that this disease is ruthless, and all the more reason to live a life worth living, become the miracle we seek, with God Grace.
